Disney's Beauty and The Beast 2009

Hello,
I can't tell you how much my daughter and I enjoyed your Beauty and the Beast production this past weekend. I came expecting to be entertained, and I was. What I did not expect was to laugh so hard (thanks Gaston!), and I certainly did not come expecting to cry. But that's what I did when Belle danced with the Beast. His portrayal of someone afraid that no one could possibly love him, and her look of love that pierced all his self doubt, moved me to tears. To draw an audience into a story so much that its emotional power takes hold of you is the highest compliment a performer can receive. You did that on Sunday. Bravo.

Dear Broadway on Tour,

I'm sending you a very heartfelt thanks for providing a magical first time live theater performance for my four year old daughter. The October 18 matinee was funny, moving, and had terrific performances across the board.

However, my four year old daughter thought Lumiere was quite charming, and the "Beast" positively enchanting! It was my daughter who ran up to the Beast after the show and gave him a huge hug. I believe you played your part with such pathos and passion that she reacted to you as a human, not a monster.

I thought the production was most professional and stayed after the performance to purchase tickets for the rest of the season. My daughter's only disappointment is having to wait until February to see your company perform again. I wish you the best of luck with all of your endeavors for the 2009-2010 BOT season.

Twelve Dancing Princesses 2009

To all the cast, crew and all volunteers at BOT,

Thank you so much for such a wonderful day yesterday. We celebrated my daughter’s 6^th birthday with the Tea Party, goodies and 12 Dancing Princesses and it could not have been more wonderful. All our friends commented on what a great experience the whole event was and how talented the performers were. I was so thankful to have all the help getting our guests seated and everyone went out of their way to make sure the day was absolutely perfect. And it was! My daughter felt like the 13^th dancing princess!

Thank you all again and we look forward to seeing the next performance of Broadway on Tour!

Seussical 2007

Last Saturday, I attended an afternoon performance of "Seussical" with my wife and son. This outing was at the request of my son. At first, I didn't expect much entertainment from a production given by youngsters. My pre-conception was that it would be amateurish and unpolished. BOY!! WAS I EVER WRONG!!! Seussical is very polished, professional, well-acted and the musical scores are superb!! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this performance.

Casting Nikki Martensen as "THE Cat" was simply purrrfection !!!! She really gave a very commanding and convincing portrayal of Dr. Seuss'es quizzical feline character. It's been over a week since we attended her performance and I am still smiling when I recall the way she gave her character life and charm Following the performance, I accompanied my son as he gathered all the actor's autographs. I was totally amazed to notice that the entire cast were indeed youngsters!! The very youngsters that I, at first believed, could never put on a professional performance worthy of any large ticket theatre.

I highly encourage anyone who has never been to a Broadway on Tour show, to go see "Seussical" at the Ebell Theater in Santa Ana. It is highly entertaining and memorable. It will be the highlight of your month as it was mine!

Wizard of OZ - 2006

To Whom It May Concern:

I recently viewed your Wizard of Oz production. One of my friends has a season tickets and convinced me to come with my kids. When I was small, this movie scared me so much I could never enjoy the story and I wasn’t too excited to view the show. As soon as the play started, I knew I would enjoy it. My kids (3 and 5) THOROUGHLY ENJOYED your show (even though they were tired when we got there – and it was a little long for their first play). AMAZING!!!! YOU HAVE DONE AN INCREDIBLE JOB!!!! They also LOVED getting signatures from the entire production (even from the wicked witch). VERY ENJOYABLE!!!!!!!!!!!

So my question is…. What is coming up for the next season? How do I purchase season tickets. We would like to make it an entire family event as well (with the grandparents as well).
THANK YOU AGAIN FOR SUCH AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed your theater performances for the past 2 years with my young granddaughter (nearly 5 yrs. old), and am looking forward to bringing her 2 little sisters as they get older. We attended Saturday's performance of the Wizard of Oz and thought it was wonderful! I am always blown away by the talent of these young actors and, this show particularly, the costuming! And, my granddaughter just loves meeting the actors after the show and getting their autographs. Please let them know how much that is appreciated!

I am thrilled with the upcoming season's choices and don't want to miss the opportunity to get tickets. With that in mind, would you please put me on you mailing list for future show and ticket information? CONGRATULATIONS on your wonderful work with and for children!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your production of "Annie!" This was the second BOT show I attended .. my 5-year-old daughter loved everything about the show... The script, sets, music and choreography were all superb!... Thank you so much for making autographs a part of the theatre-going experience, and please let the kids know how much all their hard work is loved and appreciated. We'll definitely be back. The S. I recently caught your production of Annie this weekend and I must admit I was astounded at the talent. I would first like to say you did a great job and I was impressed. I originally thought it would be much like a school play, reminded me more of what I have seen on Broadway when I was in New York. Robert B.
