We add names to our email and US Mail address lists only when you ask us to do so. We don't sell our list or share it with other groups. Any email correspondence may be sent to other members of the BOT board of directors or staff.

We may use portions of any email you send us on our website, but we will try and contact you to get permission first. We do not put any cookies on your computer when you visit our site, or try and collect information about you.

We get a report from our website host monthly showing the number of hits, referring link names, and search words that might have led you to our site. We do not gain any personal information from those statistics.

Advertising Policy:

We pay to have our site hosted, so there are no pop up adds pasted in to our pages before you see them. We don't have commercial sponsors for our site, so we don't open extra windows trying to sell you products.

Website Policy:

We keep a simple informational site that lets you know what our organization is doing. We don't require you to use plug-ins or have a broadband connection to get the information you want. The site is maintained by volunteers and is meant to be straight forward enough for the non-computer savvy to get the information they need.
